Shadow Hills Country Club is a quick drive off Prairie Rd as you head out of Eugene. You should see a large sign at the entrance of the private road that leads to the club.

Yes! Shadow hills country club has a large parking lot in front of their building that is easily accessible! They also have several handicap spots in front to make for an easier entrance.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 min before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

We ask that all guests dress in formal attire! Ladies, this could be a floor-length gown, an elegant cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit, while men should wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie.

The ceremony will be taking place on grass and the reception will be held in an outdoor garden. We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass.
